Exploring the different learning styles in my classroom, I've understood the magic of tailored assessments. Once, I had a virtual learner who resisted traditional tests but excited when tasked with creating infographics to explain concepts. One thing I've found helpful is distributing feedback forms to my students and having virtual conversations about their preferences for learning and what learning strategies work for them/what doesn't.
