Alors plutôt que de réprimer le conflit inter profs organiser des BATTLES d’équipes peut être plus efficace. 1/ canaliser l’énergie d’agressivité et vindicative 2/ offrir des projets nouveaux 3/ libérer la créativité plutôt que la frustration des profs 4/ augmenter la notoriété de l’établissement 5/ stimuler collectivement des groupes d’élèves dans des projets utiles pour leur futur. 6/ renforcer les liens profs élèves dans des projets 7/ des victoires d’équipes Y a plus d’intelligence collective à plusieurs pour résoudre un conflit inter personnes.

Según mi experiencia profesional, tener una cultura en la cual el profesorado se sienta escuchado y valorado es fundamental. Primero somos personas y luego profesionales. Si se fomentan actividades para desarrollar el sentido de pertenencia, se evitan muchos conflictos, por ejemplo de ego.
