First of all we have to : 1- determine the exact time of delaying ......work on worst scenario 2- be clear with your customers about the current situation wit real situation. 3- set a list of item after discussing with customer and reorder it depends on priorities 4- if the items. Related to raw materials we have to check the inventory and operation plan and change the operation plan accordingly to the availability of raw materials 5 - commitment with customer according to the new plan

If the supplier is constantly dealing the product delivering and if we can replace the supplier it’s better to switch to another competitor. In case if the supplier can’t be replaced, we can get in to some agreements or can form a partnership/ joint venture to take over the control of the supplier at some stage.
