How do you maintain balance when job demands escalate?

I recently started working through this milestone, and my mentor recommended a few things that were very beneficial to me. The first thing is prioritizing tasks and delegating where possible. Secondly, I would be setting clear boundaries, like defining work hours and umplugging during personal/family time. Third, I recommend building a support system of mentors, colleagues, family, and friends for guidance and as an outlet. Lastly, remember to celebrate the small wins and practice self-care to remain recharged.

Considera implementar rutinas diarias que incluyan momentos de autocuidado y desconexión. Comunica tus necesidades a tus superiores y colegas, buscando apoyo cuando sea necesario. También es importante ser flexible y ajustar tus expectativas a medida que te adaptas a tus nuevas responsabilidades. Al cuidar de tu bienestar emocional y físico, podrás desempeñarte mejor en el trabajo y disfrutar más de tu vida personal.

Conciliar a vida profissional e pessoal em uma função de alta responsabilidade requer organização e cuidado. É importante estabelecer prioridades, focando no que é mais urgente e importante, além de delegar tarefas para evitar sobrecarga. Organizar a agenda, garantindo tempo para o descanso, e definir limites claros entre trabalho e vida pessoal ajudam a manter o equilíbrio. Cuidar da saúde, com uma rotina saudável, também é essencial. Por fim, revisar a carga de trabalho regularmente permite ajustes para que o equilíbrio seja mantido a longo prazo.

La verdad es que es un tema bien relevante a tratar. Generalmente el alto compromiso que se genera cuando se es promovido, provoca que nos desbordemos a trabajar de manera interna. Esto seguramente traerá como consecuencia un desbalance entre la vida personal y el trabajo. Si bien, las curvas de aprendizaje de los roles son duras, es muy importante establecer lo siguiente: 1. Establecer prioridades y focalizar esfuerzos en lo que realmente es importante para la posición. 2. Confiar en el equipo de trabajo y aprender a delegar. 3. Establecer límites personales para poder tener descanso y tiempo en familia. Esto ayuda mucho en tener ideas frescas constantemente.
