Jedes Teammitglied nimmt die Rolle(n), bei denen es seine individuellen Stärken hat. Aufgabe des Teamleads ist es die Kapazitäten abzugleichen und zu schauen, dass alle Mitglieder ihre Rollen richtig wahrnehmen und zur rechten Zeit die Inhalte in geforderter Qualität abliefern.
