Also, I would make sure everyone knows what we want and what we need to do. This will make everyone feel informed and appreciated. Teams are built on trust whether they are in person in the office or remote or in the field. The leader sets the tone that enables trust to be established and the team upholds that trust. Trust is earned everyday. To create a trusting and inspired team make sure to celebrate wins, build culture, create a safe place where members feel heard and above all else, make sure everyone has clear goals, roles and responsibilities. When teams feel like they know what to do, how to do it, and how to win together, they will trust the process and each other - and most important their leader.
