There is nothing more revealing than active listening. Language, expression. Mood. Attitude. Non verbals and most importantly. Energy. Listening to all is crucial. Embracing the other fully allows for state of Being and what might trigger them. Conflict is a low energy that can even dissolve when understood.

Ego Trips Stall Progress: Witnessing strong personalities hijack discussions with personal agendas, not program goals. It stifled creativity & progress. Its about harnessing diverse perspectives

Exploration is magic. It has no limits and limiting rules. The more we can explore the more innovation, non judgement and harmonic states of being can emerge. This allows everyone to come prepared and reduces the chance of being caught off guard by opposing viewpoints.
