This is one topic I could not resist commenting on... Every industry is unique, different and certainly loaded with own jargon. Yet, as seasoned practitioner, with just a few years of experience under my belt, I honestly am proudly industry agnostic. I believe that a good consultant carries skills and experience across sectors and in fact that is one of the strengths. Bringing diversity to the table demands more knowledge and ideas that can the be applied beyond the narrow sector confines. Imagine combining crypto, AI into an insurance claims process, combining RPA and then linking to the retail business to replace that vehicle that was written off? Go beyond the boxes. Don't just navigate the change, ideate, craft and implement it.
