Let the network also feel your presence by commenting, liking, and sharing through which you can build trust. Finally, do not be afraid to sound naive, your doubt may unearth hidden perspectives and when you get answered, you have added to your knowledge.

Adopting new tools in a large organization is a headache and may not even work - people are slow to adopt change. However, you can gradually adopt new tools within small project teams. Change management is key to incorporating the changes across your teams and gradually the entire organization. Identify the pain points you think the software solution will eliminate in line with efficiency and effectiveness. For example: a one-click report generating capacity, simplified dashboard, no steep learning curve, etc. To keep the energy, attach a personal goal to the journey of your learning of the new tools.

I focus on consistent improvement every opportunity you are offered, and in this process rethink what do you need from this project and research and test new tools to see if they are not better at achieving the desired result

Reflection is an essential part of critical thinking. It consists with introspection and retrospection. We use some reflection practices regularly depending on the case. A few examples: - when an individual experiences a deep defeat we offer 'kintsugi' which is putting together the broken person - when failure occurs we practice 'hansei' or 'AAR' There are many reflection techniques. Agile offers many interesting approaches (sailboat, 4L, etc.). The key is to find a good one for you and your team and follow it regularly
