Para esto es esencial entender que temas son mejores que se establezcan en la plataformas de e-learning por ejemplo y cuáles deben ser presenciales. En mi experiencia aquellos cursos que buscan desarrollar o reafirmar competencias y habilidades es mejor buscar talleres o programas presenciales , mientras aquellos que buscan generar conocimiento pueden estar más en línea, así mismo establecer cursos por áreas donde se fomente la convivencia cada cierto tiempo también puede ayudar a tener mayor éxito.
