So, while building the process, one must check if deliverables also map with it. Ex: If a tech support case is raised by the end user and a part dispatch requires to fix it, but during the dispatch, tech support understood that customer location do not support the desired time, but the product was sold with elite support, claiming to support dispatch anywhere at any time.
