Feedback's poses an opportunity to know our mistakes & improve ourselves. If we want to grow in any profession, we have to inherit the attitude to learn from our mistakes & embrace personal development. After all, our lives are all a trail & error, isn’t it?

Asking specific questions ensures clarity and makes feedback actionable. Turning insights into a clear plan with measurable goals transforms feedback into progress. Growth comes from staying open, intentional, and committed to continuous improvement.
