First & foremost CRM is just a tool to achieve specific goal like increasing New Business, improving Renewal Rate, improving sales productivity and so on. If CRM alone isn’t able to provide the result or if it’s becoming too painful or time consuming to execute via the CRM, the best idea is to combine few more tools along with the CRM or completely look for an alternative option. For example: if your CRM is Salesforce then having a Google sheet connector can help you pull the live data & analyze and strategize better within sheets.
