Rejection always disheartens you initially.But one thing I noticed whenever I got rejected is that it also generates a fire within you to face the challenge and succeed the next time. Success after rejection also makes you value success more. Failure is indeed the stepping stone for success and everyone who achieved great roles and great success will vouch for it.

Rejection in the creative industry(or any industry for that matter) is tough, but it’s part of the journey. I view failure as a growth opportunity and using a simple SWOT analysis can sharpen my approach. By refining my portfolio and focusing on quality over quantity, I remind myself that "don't stop" attitude is all that it takes and that I'll come back stronger. Also, rather than applying blindly, I ensure my work aligns with each company’s vision for a meaningful connection and result.

I've always taken set backs as a learning opportunity. You may have been good but there's always room for improvement. Reflect on what gave others success and how you can achieve that. Take initiative to always learn more about what you're deliverables are and how you can improve.
