Con la planificación adecuada puedes cumplir con todos los requerimientos del cliente de manera efectiva: 1- Revisa, organiza, planea el recurso humano y el recurso físico 2- Planea la logística 4- Planea revisa y supervisa a tus proveedores y asociados. 5- Revisa y planea el flujo financiero: fondos, flujo de caja, apalancamientos 6- Apóyate en las herramientas digitales para la planeación , supervisión,etc. 7- Lo dejo de último para que lo recuerden: ante todo revisa y conoce bien el contrato, pregunta al cliente acerca donde tengas dudas. No hay preguntas ociosas, hay preguntas que nunca se hicieron y por eso no se conocieron las respuestas y los detalles. Si conoces bien el contrato y las expectativas del cliente puedes satisfacerlo.
