What might sound as a great idea for one team in one country might not really work for a team in another location because of the way it’s put together cultures and age groups. While it’s important to have guidelines and expectations, I think it’s also necessary to be as adaptable as possible, depending on what team you are cooperating with in. The goal should never be about what tools are being used, but about reaching the goal in the project or team.

They will only land in the inbox between 8 AM and 6 PM in their local time.
