Diverse perspective, in as far as they help find a better solution which will benefit all should be encouraged. As a coach I would serve as an active and discerning listening and help the team with refraining towards the big picture and unity of purpose.

In William Ury’s book The Third Side, he opens by stating, "No more important challenge faces us today than how to deal with our differences. Conflict, when approached constructively, can spark creativity and innovation by fostering divergent thinking and the exploration of new solutions. To ensure objectivity, it’s crucial to set a mutually agreed upon stage. Acknowledge that conflict is inevitable and is an opportunity to drive innovation.
