Before, while trying to communicate with others, I was just pretending to convince the other person by energizing my speech and augmenting my reasons why I was supposed to be right. Today, first I listen, and while doing so I am able to catch the type of person is in front of me ( emotional or problem solving). While I am listening I am also capable to identify which communication frequency he/she is using, visual, listener or kinesthetic. Once I have this information, I know exactly what to say and how to say.

There are two different path of learning about communication, self learning ( books, courses and video courses) or certified ( by academy ), in both cases one thing is important, communication no need personality, but opposite is true.

I am used to keep a clear track of my goals and target, short terms and long terms. I strongly believe on the power of writing it on paper, like a sort of signature, contract or deal with universe. From the moment you create a goal, next step is to wonder if it is measurable, achievable, and breakable. Second step is to create a clear plan to achieve it, and to identify all the required things for getting there, maybe it is a certificate, maybe a skills or maybe an additional foreigners language. The rest is just monitoring.

My personal experience is made like anyone else, confusion and darkness about my skills or competences. I was often keeping wondering in what I am good, without finding the right answer. One day, I have been assigned to perform a training on board a cruise ship where I was working as bridge officer, and during that experience I saw the eyes of my Supervisor shining of happiness. < I have found my assistant finally > he said. That was the moment I understood that maybe communication was one of my skills, and from that moment my entire life changed, due I was affording easily communications tasks where anyone else was very struggled.
