Once you are confident start to build on top of the skills you have acquired. Also with 3d the skills are transferable, once you know how to model, how to UV, basic concepts of lighting, the concepts are the same across all 3d software. If you know the basic of these topics, you can pick other software more quickly.

Most of the time you will need to buy the best courses, but its worth the cost as they are generally well structured and have a clear process. Youtube is very good but I find it's easy to get lost in a rabbit hole of tutorials, bouncing from one to the next. I like to use a well structured course first, then use Youtube to fill in any gaps or practice things I've already learned. Once you are confident, don't do any more tutorials for now, put into practice what you have learned already, start building your own projects - this is by far the best way to get better.

A mi me resultó clave en ordenarme en la semana destinar 1 o 2hs en la práctica al inicio o al final del trabajo o de actividades diarias y definir que si o si hay que hacerlo y no esperar a mañana o después. After 15 years, I'm still learning and striving to improve. - Lastly, don't compare yourself to others, strive to be a bit better today than you were yesterday. Hace 20 años empecé el camino del 3d era un camino novedoso... pocos programas y poco accesibles y no había mucha Internet... eso me hizo vivir los cambios y aprender a ser flexible a adoptar los cambios de los programas a seguir aprendiendo y curiosear otros programas para ver cual es más útil para cada proyecto. Hoy en día pienso que es clave ser flexible y seguir aprendiendo para tomar proyectos y pensar con cual software es mejor y reducir tiempos y ser más eficiente
