Youtube is very good but I find it's easy to get lost in a rabbit hole of tutorials, bouncing from one to the next. I like to use a well structured course first, then use Youtube to fill in any gaps or practice things I've already learned. Once you are confident, don't do any more tutorials for now, put into practice what you have learned already, start building your own projects - this is by far the best way to get better.

A mi me resultó clave en ordenarme en la semana destinar 1 o 2hs en la práctica al inicio o al final del trabajo o de actividades diarias y definir que si o si hay que hacerlo y no esperar a mañana o después. Eso genera el hábito y si lo creas no te costará y hasta te puedes acostar tarde y no te va a acostar.
