It's important to recognize peers, team members, and others in your organization more frequently. Recognition shouldn't be reserved for only extraordinary achievements, but also for tasks that teamwork was essential or where you saw someone put in significant effort. When you genuinely praise a professional, it increases their confidence and motivates them to achieve even more. Tailor your recognition to their personality, whether public or private. However, for more delicate feedback, always go for a private setting.

Connecting the people and appreciate them on right is success to the manager. I will identify the people how they happy based on that I’ll give recognition 1. Send email and announce in front the large audience 2. Give pat their back and give more work and responsibilities 3. Give award and appreciate them These are the 3 I learned in my team.

a) A simple recognition email or stopping over the desk to appreciate the team who are working hard and delivering great quality over a stipulated time. b) We can also give public recognition in terms of monetary rewards by the end of the month or quarter to keep the team motivated and continue of what they do. c) We can also provide some flexible benefits like work from home, approving few more days of leave once the project gets over so that the team will come up recharged once they are back. d) Team celebrations also plays a important role to reward and recognise the team. May be taking the team for an outing, arranging a team dinner/lunch which makes the team bonding intact and the team members will feel appreciated as well.

I start with the acronym - T.E.A.M - Together Everyone Achieves More! planning team-building activities to honour group accomplishments. This strengthens the value of teamwork and creates a sense of togetherness. Lunches with the team, trips, and milestone celebrations are a few examples.

As the saying goes: “ There is no “I” in team.” Sharing the accomplishments with the team may incentivize the other members to stretch themselves.

It is so nice to see fellow team mates enjoying some time out of the office at a lunch or event. Building camaraderie, trust and connecting are so important for a team to appreciate each other.

It is mandatory for motivation, team building & business development. This will also creates sense of achievement & motivate employees for more productivity & growth.

It shows your trust in them, while recognition shows your appreciation. If we were to choose between the two as to which one boosts our morale higher, it would be "trust", without a doubt, with a tint of appreciation. Balancing is the key.

Helping someone or a team member in professional growth is the best way to change someone's life. Praise can be helpful for some moments, but helping your team members to learn and practice best professional skills, are invaluable.

It is very important that people see professional growth in their Carrer or Entreprenurial journey, money, perks, designations, promotion, increment etc., that are covered under the HR booklet can only be achieved when your fully equipped to reach and take it. I strongly believe once a person reaches professional growth, he achieves the rest by himself independently, the individual is also ready for future challenges. Pointing out a single person for public recognition can cause resentment for the rest of the team. I prefer to recognize the team in public and individual in private

As human beings, we all like being recognized and appreciated for our efforts in the social environment that we thrive in. Therefore, I feel that public recognition can encourage and motivate the team members immensely. While financial recognition is what most of the individuals sought. However, in situations where that is not possible due to policy / cost restraint, I think that public recognition is the second best option. Personally, I remember every time I was publicly recognized by my superiors; ultimately made me feel so motivated to work even harder for the team and the organisation. And a little voucher or a small token of gift along with it, doesn’t harm anyone; but rather is cherry on the cake. ✨✨

You have to recognize in public, and provide feedback on opportunities for improvement in private. The public recognition not only improves the employee’s confident and self esteem, but also starts building a professional reputation with the coworkers.

The problem with this approach is you cannot put a number to it to justify. It may or may not suffice and can create more problems than benefit those involved. Also, there may be others involved too and not including them can create demotivation and unnecessary conflicts within your team. So a definite no from my side.

Ambitious introverted person x did well in critical scenarios = best reward is usually is in the form of career progression (not public praise here) 2.
