This is the hardest step. Accepting failure is a hard one for most of us. It hits the ego, our sense of self and can be debilitating. Here’s the good part though, everybody fails sometime or the other. Failure is not exclusive to you. How one reacts to it though, makes all the difference in the world. Accepting the failure and using it as a learning opportunity to explore new ways of doing the same thing is a powerful move. It creates a sense of purpose and objectively that are a rare skill set that set you up for eventual success.

Here I would say, make it a habit to practice self-compassion. It's very easy to be hard on yourself after a failure. Practicing self-compassion is crucial in reminding yourself that everyone experiences setbacks and that failure is a stepping stone to success. Be kind to yourself and focus on the progress you have made, not just the mistakes. This positive mindset will help you stay motivated and resilient, enabling you to bounce back stronger and more determined.
