Something that has worked for me is using a calendar tool like Calendly to set blocks of time during my day for phone screens. What works best for me is doing calls in the morning when I feel most focused and ready to engage. Of course, I'll always tell candidates to reach out if none of the available times work for them, and we can find a suitable time. Doing this saves you from flipping back-and-forth between these routine tasks, which saves time since you do not have to look back at "where you are" within any specific position process.
