Soy de las que piensan que si hay algo negativo que decir, mejor hacerlo de forma privada. Porque si lo haces delante de los demás, en mi opinión, puedes ofender, sobre todo si utilizas un tono autoritario. Y si se trata de un error habitual, comentarlo a todo el equipo para buscar una solución y no repetirlo más.
