I asked him why he thought that and he started talking about the tool they use - that was a giant red flag for me. This was an engineering team that was just really good at using tooling. That says to me that when a problem comes up, they don't solve it on their own, they wait for the tool's support team. Definitely not a fit.

Conforme a mi experiencia en el proceso de evaluación de la cultura de la organizacional es importante realizar dinámicas grupales donde se efectúen preguntas de manera respetuosa y asertivas a los equipos de trabajo para obtener información referente a cómo se desarrolla la matriz de vinculación de los procesos que cada uno realiza, su identificación, compromiso, valores, el manejo de la tecnología, el estilo de gestión, entre otros elementos que se relaciona con el ambiente laboral, que permitan obtener información y una visión clara de como se encuentra la atmosfera de la empresa.

Por otra parte, cuando observamos en proceso de evaluación que el entrevistado se incomoda y sus repuestas son divagantes es una alerta, porque significa que no esta identificado con la cultura de la empresa, esto incide en su desempeño y rendimiento laboral ya que labora por la necesidad de una entrada económica fija y su compromiso no esta al 100%. En tal sentido, el evaluador debe estar atento para obtener datos que permita diseñar, innovar e implementar políticas y estrategias dirigidas a la gestión del desarrollo de habilidades del talento de humano, trabajo en equipo, comunicación asertiva - efectiva y una gestión eficiente-eficaz
