Age appropriate exposure to industry field visits. Bringing industry experts to talk to students. Involve parents and alumni who can talk to children about professional network ,careers and importance of bringing it first. Introduce Linkedln to children of grade 11 and 12. Make sure children are aware of online and offline internship opportunities.
