I totally agree with this. Knowledge is power. I never fully understood this until I got a little niche in my real estate market where I’ve sold over 100 manufactured homes. Over the years I see agents in constant search for the magic pill to success. The next best thing to get them going. To earn a living in real estate pick a focus. Examples are a specific farm area, a specific sector (golf community) and focus on it. That becomes your foundation to then grow upon. Once the foundation is solid, then go in search of the next thing while maintaining focus. Your brokerage and MLS are well meaning with non stop education and distractions.
