All of what I am about to say is much easier said than done, but here are a few things to keep in mind. Every day is a new day, and in that same vain, it's like a fresh sheet of paper. You have the opportunity to start fresh, and create something new. What you create isn't who you are. You need to disconnect your self-worth from how good your creations are doing. Keep a folder somewhere of your "greatest hits". When you get great feedback from a coworker, take a screenshot and add it to the folder. When you create something awesome, add it to the folder. And so on and so forth. When you're feeling like everything you do sucks, take a look at your greatest hits, and remind yourself what you're capable of. Just keep going!
