Maximizing feedback from colleagues has always been pivotal for me. I've found that fostering open communication & a collaborative environment really makes a difference. I regularly ask my colleagues for their inputs before and during practice, as often through peer observations & feedback I have received critical insights for improvement. Open communication has encouraged honest feedback. Joining professional learning communities has also allowed me to share experiences & strategies, learning so much from others. I've learned to be open to constructive criticism & always show appreciation for others insights. Implementing suggestions & sharing the positive outcomes has helped build a culture of continuous improvement & mutual support.

Feedback is not intended to degrade or invalidate you but to inspire improvement. Instead of dwelling on negative feedback, focus on viewing it as opportunities for growth and development.

Here is what you can do to maximise feedback from your colleagues: Step 1: Ask for feedback with a view that you will implement that feedback. Not just asking for it for the sake of it, and not learning anything from it. Step 2: Continuously follow up and seek guidance on grey areas. You can have frequent check-ins with them so that its brings clarity to your mind.
