Second is, if you make an electrical design make sure that you know how to implement it and you know how to do it in actual work and installation so that you can lead your colleagues to do their job and what are the right and standard materials they are going to use and SOPs to follow in order for your team to finish the project in advance and within the budget range and with zero accidents. With these procedures no body will try to bully you and you can earn respect to each and everyone in your team.

For that, every day before starting a job, a toolbox safety talk is critical to instill a sense of commitment towards safety.
