Hone your public speaking and oration skills. For rebranding, start promoting yourself in training profile and network with people who organise trainings.

Knowledge is power. Continuously learning means you are always growing. Jeff Olsen, one of my mentors, advises to read at least 10 pages of a personal development book a day. That has always helped me.
