Es una especie de arrogancia a la que muchos ejecutivos se pueden enfrentar y que por desgracia los puede llevar a la terquedad y obsolecencia. No me malentienda, la experiencia y el conocimiento adquirido a traves de años de práctica es valioso,sin embargo,esto no puede bloquear la posibilidad de continuar aprendiendo.
