Brand building shouldnt be the main focus .Focus on customer service and providing a solution for your customers , the brand will build itself .

One thing I have found helpful over the years is my teaching philosophy. And it guides me on the who and how I want leaders of tomorrow to turn out. Do I want them to be actively engaged in building communities, nations and the world at large or just let them blend in? My goal as an educator is to help nurture tomorrow's leaders the best way so they can make a difference wherever they find themselves. I actually disagree with Professor Kumar when he said that students should not be saleable commodities. I think they should or else different institutions wouldn't be accorded the fame and respect for bringing out a certain type of graduates.
