I have used GridsearchCV for hyperparameter tuning, it is very useful, instead of training the single piece of dataset with multiple models with all possibility parameters, here we can simply put it in a dictionary, and then we can train the model in all specified models config with multiple parameters and at last, it results the best one.

I recommend using Gridsearch with XGBoost or Catboost in most Supervised learning problems after cleaning data well. Another tip is to Engineer new features before predictions.

I think using LLM's is a great way to get to know the data we are using, and help us get to the best of what we can do using it. Bust still relying on them too much is also a concern. We should still try to at least understand the code and the data analysis created by these LLM's, also by continuously learning new things can help us out smart these LLM's from completely replacing tech jobs.

LLM support is missing here, you give some data to an LLM and a list of questions you have about the data. I have seen many examples out there where (if you provide context on the column names meaning) the LLM can create the charts for you to answer those questions and the script to go further (statistical inference for example). For this type of tasks that are redundant in many datasets GitHub Copilot can really help you speed things up.

While it might be tempting to upload your .csv file and ask a few questions about it, one should always consider the current limitations of LLMs, especially in mathematics. My recommendation for the inclusion of LLMs into data analysis is to use them as support for your analysis. For example, to generate code for a specific kind of plot for which you don't know the code from the top of your head. Ultimately, you are responsible for the correctness and quality of your data analysis. Use the tools you have at your disposal, including LLMs, but always check the responses, the code, and the plots for mistakes - do not treat LLMs as omniscient!
