As I have previously written a team's skills etc should not be a competition, but a compliment. Not everyone should be doing the same thing. Of course competition is healthy but a complimentary team will achieve much more. To use 'lanes' of responsibility and specialism is much better than an arena of combat. Make sure your team skills exploit specialism to enhance your overall offer. I can't do it all (there, I said it!) But I would hope I can surround myself with a team who can.
