Leadership coaching is a niche game. You are promising people to be better leaders. So, at the very outset you need to establish strong grounds as to what qualifies you to achieve that. Talk about your experiences, real-life examples where your guidance has made a difference. Also, you must be technically qualified to do justice to this kind of an important role. You must mention your educational background, years of experience, etc. to help people trust your abilities to make them better.

All points are valid and properly structured, totally agree. To add in my perspective Leadership development is a very holistic topic. According to me one should venture into this area of coaching only if the person is passionate about leadership development and is curious about the topic. Should have relevant experience in handling business and stakeholders.

My 12 step Personal Brand Leadership Program has 3 main components: Discovery, Strategy and Activation. Most people begin with marketing before developing a unique brand identity that is built from the inside out. We spend a considerable amount of time in the 'Discovery' phase and begin with unearthing the client's WHY Operating System, Gallup Clifton Strengths, Personal Core Values and more. A SWOT analysis and a Personal Channel Strategy come into play in the 'Strategy' phase prior to the 'Activation' phase where a brand identity is developed & content is 'pushed/marketing' out to various omni channels. We do everything possible to develop unique personal brands with compelling attributes so that they would not be mistaken as commodities.

I think it is best to take professional help in logo designing, the designer discuss with you your requirement, goals and accordingly design a logo. I can talk about it since my daughter is into logo designing and I have seen how she works on it.

I think it naturally comes across because you are aligned with your principles and you are quite clear in chosing your customer and also you have defined your services and the process very clearly. So your brand, logo, your services, your thought and action are all aligned. One should strive to achieve this clarity which will enable him/her to delivery excellence
