If I have to rephrase the question, I wouldn't ask how I could customise the UiPath solution. Rather, ask yourself How can the process be streamlined and relevant governance in place to better utilise what UiPath has to offer? Streamline your process before automation. The clarity we need to bring to perspective is the need and not the tech to solve right in the onset. UIPath is a fantastic capability build that will help you navigate the entire dimension of automation at large. That said, it's imperative for us to understand the purpose and drive that rather than the functionality of UiPath. It will definitely be super useful to drive things but unless we have clarity of the scale, complexity, priority, risk and viability of a solution, it's difficult to point at one tech stack and say "perfect"!

As a user to UiPath , I would rather add that UiPath is an excellent tool which can be used as an integration tool to automate a low code workflow by augmenting it with unattended bot.
