Vision, Mission and Values are the primary attributes for an organisation. They work like a guiding force and reminders for which organisation is formed and working. All hierarchies have different responsibilities at their level which leads to common vision therefore it is of prime importance that we must relate their professional values and responsibilities with the organisation's Vision than only they would be able to grow with the growth of organization. It is basic for an employee to ensure that his/her customers are getting all the latest information update because if you won't reach out to them first somebody else will for sure.

Every conversation you have with a team member should involve coaching and mentoring. This is your chance to help develop all leaders. Always set the expectation, train and develop and watch your team win. Along the way celebrate and coach in the moment. Every coaching opportunity is a chance to develop the team and the individual. Find out what they like, what their career aspiration’s are and develop a plan for them. Align their journey coach and support them. Find out their passion and encourage them to pursue it.

Retail Sales is a hard job. Day full of pursuing customers, so many "NOs" and only few "YESess". Coach them is to show them. Show and tell is best coaching, take them out for inspirational movies, play sports or just take them for objective driven offsites- remember they are closed in a retail sales room or store for months together. I used to take my team for field team lunch walks i.e my team members became customers and we used to visit other retail stores and observe best practices or the gaps. They loved it. Best coaching is outside the retail showroom.

Teaching by Example and Accountability I had a Team of 142 Retail Associates who weren’t Performing in At Home Services Leads so I found a Class that was Called Lead Generator Certification which Included a Badge to Wear Upon Completion We got all 142 Associates Certified and Upped our Comps in At Home Services Sales by 25 % in One Year

Each review sessions should evolve with different angle of thought , it should not be restricted to revenue alone. When different view points are being evaluated it's easy to adjust as well.

It facilitated a deeper understanding of customer needs among the team, enabling them to customize their sales pitches to precisely meet these requirements, resulting in satisfied customers ready to make immediate purchases.
