Educate your subcontractors on the safety rules and regulations by obliging them contractually to attend all the toolbox meetings and safety procedures meetings. Make them make a safety plan of their own to follow. Penalties are the best remedies for safety regulations breach.

It’s very important during the Bid stage to check with the suppliers on there HSE standards and policy to avoid the disputes. Also educating everyone with HSE workshops and TBT’s at site level for workers keeps everyone reminded on safety practises and avoids disputes
