Claro que em uma situação onde afetam os prazos de entrega isso precisa estar muito bem alinhada com a equipe, para não ocorrer frustações e expectativas tanto da equipe ou dos clientes/sponsors, e mais do que nunca promova: 1- Transparência: Seja honesto e transparente sobre a situação. 2- Explique as Mudanças: Detalhe as mudanças necessárias e como elas afetam o projeto. 3- Incentive Feedback: Crie um ambiente onde a equipe se sinta confortável para expressar preocupações e sugestões. 4- Use Ferramentas de Colaboração: Utilize ferramentas como Slack, Microsoft Teams, Trello, ou Jira para manter todos informados e facilitar a comunicação contínua.

É muito importante a COMUNICAÇÃO sempre, isso muda todo o andamento das entregas. Seja claro, divida a responsabilidade com a equipe toda, a equipe vai saber ajudar e realocar as tarefas dado os problemas apresentados, faça sempre com a equipe, podendo discutir realocação e ordem das entregas, um exemplo: Vamos supor que alguém dependa de um entrega de um serviço(APIs) especializada em cálculos de seguro, e o único especializado nisso é o Team Member que precisou se afastar, e se não podemos cobri-lo até sua volta, modemos mokar a chamada dessa API até a volta desse Team Member e seguimos com o restante do desenvolvimento. Claro que isso é um uma das estratégias, mas quis exemplificar na vida real ;)
