Personal networks - as we grow in TA our networks will naturally grow and it's very likely we are connected with someone who is perfect for that role; 3. Talent Pipelines - if you keep a record of every lead you have approached in the past, it's easy to refer to those lists/projects/etc. and with simple filters pick the ones that might be worth re-engaging with; 4. Your CRM - look at anyone who has viewed and/or applied to that role or a similar one; 5. Boolean searches - this should be the last step, when you have exhausted all the options above and still haven't found the one
