Use simple terms that best describes the crux of the issue. 2.The next step is to collect data to understand the incidence and the effect. 3.Analyse the collected data to understand multi-dimensional nature of the problem. 4.Distribute them in multiple silos. 5.Pick the most critical to address & then next most critical ..etc 7.Set targets to achieve so as to pick right approach to solve the problem 8.Select right stake holders & subject matter experts to delegate the problems to find solution

Möchte ich ein Problem lösen versuche ich zunächst das Problem komplett zu durchdringen. Damit meine ich nicht das Problem wie ich denke, dass es ist sondern wie empfinden es die Personen, die es betrifft. Dazu spreche ich mit Shareholdern, schaue mir Analysen und anderweitige Lösungen an. Danach entwickle ich eine eigene Lösung für dieses Problem, die aus meiner Sicht die beste Lösung für alle Stakeholder darstellt und versuche alles zutun um die Lösung zu pushen. Collaboration is key, as a researcher I believe in bringing in the customer's voice to decision-making as much as possible, failing that include a diverse range of colleagues in idea generation and create an environment where people feel safe to speak up.
