To look up to the goals. the organization can navigate it self better in the process with clearer sense of direction with a perspective. ii) Having Customer Centric Goals: While setting the goals it is vital to which goal makes the biggest difference for customer? It might be different than bottom line goals. I believe what is good for customers is good for organization. iii) Revise the Goals It is always good to stay contemporary and with this mind set adjust the goals and capture learning in both successes and in the form of missed opportunities.

However where I've seen them fall short on many occasions is the last mile of actually embedding those insights at the point of decision, in context, and at the right time. For me the biggest outcomes are seen when the insights can be disseminated out to the edges of the business to the actual daily operational users to drive informed decision making.
