AI will fundamentally reshape business and our world, with companies who us it having competitive advantage. Imagine if it was 1998, and you said "I'm just going to ignore the internet" what a huge loss that can be. The great part is there are so many resources to learn about what you can do to personally start using new AI tools, and read predictions about how AI will change your industry and our world. If you start quickly you can be part of the disruption instead of part of the disrupted. The worst thing you can do is wait with your head in the sand.

Adapt and embrace the change. AI is the future whether you like it or not. If you fight it you will be miserable. It may eliminate jobs but if you learn the technology early you can find jobs to improve the technology. Technology isn’t the enemy it’s here to help mankind have more enjoyable lives and not have to work 15 hours a day. I’m not a finance guy not sure the impact it’ll have on the economy but humans survived this long we will find a way to make it work one way or another.

Your role is likely to be more secure if you’re familiar with prompt engineering and deployment. Companies are doing more with less.
