Quando estou ministrando um curso de Office ou mercado de trablho, explico a importância da leitura como uma poderosa ferramenta para ampliar o repertório linguístico, estilular a criatividade, provocar o senso critico e contribuir para o autoconhecimento. Porém, muitos dos alunos não possuem condições para adquirir livros. Então resolvi trazer da minha biblioteca quase todos os meus livros e, está sendo um sucesso, muitos alunos estão tendo pela primeira vez a experiência da leitura, naõ por obrigação, mas por necessidade da "alma".

Avoir de bonnes relations avec son responsable et ses collègues est une chose importante dans le monde professionnel. C'est d'autant plus important lorsque nous sommes enseignant ou formateur. Cela permet notamment : - D'avoir une agilité en ce qui concerne déplacement, l'annulation ou l'échange des heures de cours. - S'intéresser à ce que les collègues enseignent permet de créer une logique globale permettant aux étudiants de mieux comprendre l'importance de ce qu'ils apprennent dans chacune des matières. - De progresser en tant qu'enseignant en s'échangeant les petites astuces des uns et des autres

Je pense que pour évoluer dans sa carrière d'enseignant, il est essentiel de se former en permanence. C'est à mon sens la clef de voûte d'un bon enseignement et d'une bonne employabilité. Evidemment, le réseau est essentiel, mais à condition que l'on ait plusieurs compétences à proposer . Par exemple, je pense qu'il est primordial aujourd'hui d'être au fait des nouvelles technologies et de l'IA quand on est dans l'enseignement, ainsi on peut non seulement proposer aux potentiels employeurs nos compétences de professeur mais en plus d'autres , qui sont de vrais valeurs ajoutées , pour être en phase avec les étudiants et les nouveau outils pédagogiques modernes .

To advance my teaching career and secure a promotion through networking, I actively seek opportunities to expand my horizons within the educational community. This involves stepping outside of my comfort zone to engage with diverse perspectives, experiences, and educational settings. I attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to connect with professionals from different backgrounds and learn about innovative practices in literacy instruction. I broaden my skill set and deepen my understanding of effective teaching strategies. Expanding my horizons through networking allows me to stay current with emerging trends and demonstrate my readiness for leadership roles in my teaching career as a reading specialist.

Expanding horizons is important literally and figuratively. Teachers should read books, scientific articles and even watch moves that are popular among students. This will allow teachers to think wider. Also it’s extremely important to travel 🧳 Never mind where you are traveling, even if within a country, but anyway it will extremely help you to see our world from different prospectives. As a result you will be able to share new ideas and thoughts with your lovely students and it will impact them as well.

It is important to diversify both in subject matter and subject matter creators. It helps to view the multidisciplinary aspect of the subject matter because one can see better and more relevant applications. It helps to view the work of other diverse colleagues because one can see other work situations and learn how to adapt. Moreover one gets a broader and deeper insight in a field where we thought we knew almost everything. I have got pleasant and fulfilling insights this way on a number of occasions. Of course, out-of-station conferences and meetings have their own charm as one gets good interactions and better opportunities and work options. All in all, nothing to beat being updated with the subject matter and trends.

While I don’t recommend networking for the purpose of advancing one’s career, expanding your collaborating with colleagues outside of your teacher team, department, and/or campus can help teachers advance their knowledge and their careers by extension. Joining professional organizations, participating in campus/district committees and attending conferences are excellent opportunities to meet other professionals and build your network.

By immersing yourself in diverse perspectives and practices, you gain fresh insights and innovative approaches to teaching and learning. This exposure not only enriches your own teaching repertoire but also fosters continuous growth and improvement in your professional practice.

As an educator, I use social media to increase my chances to reach a bigger audience. I learned that creating a platform. On all outlets that are popular helps. People get familiar with what you are teaching. In the fact that you stay consistent shows down that you have a passion for your craft. It also connect you to other educators who are doing the same thing people like to see organic and authentic educators. There’s so many people, pretending nowadays, that is very refreshing to run across people who are actually walking and talking the language, they are teaching. I would encourage all educators, who want to expand their brand and net work with others to create a YouTube channel and also other social media, pages! HogOn

For me, LinkedIn is one such platform where you can connect with other academicians, share ideas and showcase your presence. Connecting with others, posting relevant content on LinkedIn opens up more opportunities.

Nos dias atuais o educador pode ampliar sua rede de alunos fazendo uso das redes sociais (tiktok, Instagram, LinkedIn etc) como forma de divulgação do seu trabalho, transmitindo seu conhecimento e captando mais alunos. Outra maneira de captar mais alunos é se inscrevendo em plataformas que possibilitem o aluno contratar o professor que melhor lhe atende.

I actively seek opportunities to attend conferences, workshops, and other professional development events to connect with colleagues and learn from their experiences. Building relationships with mentors and seeking guidance from senior writing mentors and the Writing Mentors Development Platform can provide me with valuable resources and tips on effective communication and mentoring strategies. By continuously learning and growing in my profession, I can better support my students and contribute to the field of education.

En la era actual la digitalización es crucial para expandir tu perfil profesional. No organization pays per hour in the real sense and none promote by the number of years of service. All organization measure these according to the value you bring to the table. Value creation does not only determine your take home, it is also responsible for your promotion and retention when company shake up takes place. Unfortunately, you cannot add value to the organization unless you first add value to yourself. This is because what you don't have you can't give.

There is almost nothing you want to achieve that has not been achieved by someone before and there is no height you want to attain that someone is not already ahead. Identifying such individuals and submitting to their mentorship is the quickest way to grow. It is however very important to be sure the person is available for you to learn from him. Secondly, setting mentoring goals and staying focused is also very crucial.

Todos nós precisamos de grandes exemplos para seguir. Pessoas que nos inspirem a aprender mais, a ensinar melhor, a crescermos como profissionais e como pessoas. Minhas aulas seguem uma metodologia voltada para o “sujeito” para a “sujeita”, respeitando todas as identidades, ou seja, a parte técnica representa 20% das aulas, e os demais são diluídos em rodas de conversa, espaços de escuta, experiências de mundos, agenciamentos de vozes que querem falar, ouvir, isto é; poderosos afetos que encontram um lugar de exteriorização.

Yo pienso que la docencia en esencia es una forma de dar; dar de ti mismo, de tu experiencia, de tus aprendizajes y de tu tiempo; por eso una de las mejores formas de posicionarse en el mundo de la docencia es dando conocimiento, compartiendo esquemas interesantes, resúmenes, ideas, presentaciones y demás herramientas que le permitan a los demás aprender rápido y bien. Si lo haces a través de tus redes, las personas lo valorarán y reconocerán en ti a un maestro a quien recurrir cuando se trate de enseñar y de compartir conocimiento.

Ser docente es compartir conocimiento y trabajar en equipo con los alumnos, saber escuchar y generar debates respetando los diferentes puntos de vista, las ideologías y las religiones pero siempre encaminando a las personas hacia la búsqueda de la verdad y la paz. Inspirar a los estudiantes a ser mejores personas, a cuidar de los otros, a reconocer la sabiduría de nuestros ancestros y la riqueza de nuestra cultura.; a querer y cuidar a los animales y la naturaleza.
