What do you do if you want to launch your own food truck business?

Many people say, food truck could be a gold mine, and I totally agree with this thesis. I do own food truck business alongside my consultancy and main key factor to be successful is a location and interesting menu, all together with honesty about your food is recipe for success as food truck operator.

Make sure you have all your ducks in a row first. You must format your structure first, do your research and have all licenses needed before even purchasing your truck.

No truck? No food truck..but your truck according to need or vision and law of the land. It needs to be functional and also to be customised

This is something I have been thinking a lot. I have that wish for many year's, but allways something mising. This is for me the best way to expres your self, and to make people hapy without the restaurant's and thing's like that. People should be hapy and full everywhere.

Definitely having a high higiene is important specially because people still connecting, unfortunately, food truck with something not clean and when you show your customers the opposite, that can be a plus

My take on this: - Know the market that you are going to be entering, is it going to be a corporate park area, a residential area or a school zone, accordingly fix your operating time. - Look for competitors and modify your menu so that you do not end up serving the same thing as them. - Use social media to promote your truck and food in relevant locations where you operate. - Last but no the least, follow guidelines and regulations of the government bodies while operating food truck.
