You should join discord channels, pro community, attend or organise local meetup and conferences when and where you can, follow designers who are better than you, help designers who wants to learn from you, and collaborate with designers who are at your level. You just need to surround yourself with the right people, this way you'll get exposed to new network, ideas and perspectives, and most possibly find new job opportunities down the road. I dab.
