What do you do if you want to optimize your time usage as a thought leader?

Set goals. Define priorities. Create a content calendar. Group similar tasks together. Identify high-impact activities that contribute significantly to your thought leadership goals. First of all, we have to accept the finite nature of time. Then, we should focus on depth over breadth in our areas of impact, accepting constraints as creative boundaries. We should also let go of perfectionism, be present in the moment, ensure balance with leisure for rejuvenation and regularly reflect on how our activities align with our core values.

In order to reflect regularly and effectively, you have to capture your thoughts and take notes.... Have a system of what matters to you, what your goals are, and most importantly how you organize your thoughts. I am a big fan of Notion.io because it works cross-platform. Regardless of the device I am on (Work or personal) I can always access my personal notes and capture thoughts/ideas in the moment. Part of that reflection process is reorganizing... Mind dump all your thoughts ideas in the moment, but then go back and refine, cull and clarify that which you captured. When done effectively the progress is cumulative. Without reflection and refinement, you may find yourself in a spin cycle, or not making meaningful progress.

Everyone who has a computer is claiming to be an AI expert these days... but the real question is are you learning and growing consistently? With the pace of change, you can be ahead one month, then behind the next month. For some they may find that discouraging because it can be overwhelming to keep up. I personally think it's the opposite. Speed is king, and with the pace of change accelerating there is a new opportunity created every single day.
