In my experience, creativity is considered one of the most important skills with its dynamic and complex nature. It is a high-level skill that occurs interdisciplinary, in which individuals produce new and useful products as a result of the interaction between skill, process and environment.

Critical thinking is ability to analyze, synthesize,assessment and creativity.Social workers involve of such a thinking and they evaluate clients situation and make assumptions according observations, experiences and reflection of everything that occurred around the problem. To boost thinking critically they should do Self awareness and observe own behavior, being honest with themselves as social worker ,Not to be scared of facing with challenges but have determine the causes and analyze and explore reality, acceptance own biases, discovering factors that effect on their self reflection and self imagination,looking at own personality analytically.

Creativity comes from the diffuse and concentrated metal process. We need moments of active learning and moments of relaxation. Producing works of art, learning new artistic skills and connecting with nature always increase my creativity!
