Virtual collaboration is a tricky business. Unfortunately, we all were forced to switch over to complete virtual collaboration during the COVID times. There is no silver bullet and each self organising team needs to experiment and iterate to arrive at the right mode and pace. We have the habit of jumping to solution without realizing the problem first. So to understand what can be done, we need to understand what the problem is. Is it the tools or people? is it expectation or rapport? We must first get into the problem domain before concluding.
