Overall to the above spelled out it is important to listen to him/her and set context right and give him/her scope to express and what went well and what did not, after thorough listening to what his/her inputs were, give a constructive feedback on what his /her positives where and where did he falter upon and close this with a remark for thanking him/her for his time for the interview. Most of the exit interview which have been conducted we will always get a positive feedback about the company, it is better once all the formalities are done with the company, it is better to send him an email for a feedback and compile the same. It would give right and apt feedback for organization to channelize the areas of improvement.
